Yep, we got a Wii. I think I may have wanted it more than the kids. Perry wanted it too...we all did. We are all enjoying it.
Perry picked it up March 7/08. He was at work and Rogers Video got them in the night before. He called and they had 3 so he went out and picked up two of them. One for us and one for my sister to give to her kids for their birthdays. TJ & Alex were in the backyard playing in the snow when Perry walked in with it tucked under his arm. According to Perry, Alex spotted it first and shouted it out. I was in the kitchen and heard TJ come in shouting "MOM, MOM, MOM" in a loud excited tone. I thought Alex was hurt badly or missing or something. Then he ever so happily and excitidly told me Daddy brought home a Wii. Woohoo!
This is definately a family fun toy. We love it but I wouldn't necessairly reccomend it for serious gamers.
Thursday night Perry and I played a game of golf against each other. The pics are still on my camera, when I get them onto my computer, I'll post a pic of the final score.
